Welcome Dessert Lovers!

Located in Saint John, New Brunswick - we specialize in custom cookie work, cake slices, cheesecakes, and wedding desserts. Everything is made completely from scratch, with the best ingredients we can get our hands on.

​

We are open to the public for our pop-up Wednesdays from 10am-3pm so you can get your tasty fix for the week. We also accept custom orders for desserts, and provide sweets to many locally owned restaurants in Uptown Saint John.

My name is Jessica and I am the owner/creator/pastry chef behind JLM Patisserie. What started as a little cookie decorating business has now flourished and become the massive success that it is today. â€‹

I have been a pastry chef for 10 years now, and graduated from the Culinary institute of Canada in 2014, working all across our country before settling down in Saint John, New Brunswick.  

 

I'm a mom to a little boy named Harrison, and I have the most supportive Husband. These boys keep me on my toes and help my creativity grow!

My name is Courtney! I joined JLM Patisserie this year with my friend & coworker, Jessica. Previously I Graduated from Culinary school at NBCC in 2011, fresh out of high school.

I have always had a passion for the food industry, and I have accumulated over 13 years of experience throughout New Brunswick. I always joked with Jessica to hire me when she opened her own bakery - and so here we are today!

​

I handle making a lot of our cheesecakes, brownies, tarts, cookies, and I even created our signature scone recipe which sells out almost every week. Be sure to snag one on our pop-up Wednesdays to come and say hi to us.
