My name is Jessica and I am the owner/creator/pastry chef behind JLM Patisserie. What started as a little cookie decorating business has now flourished and become the massive success that it is today. 

 

I have been a pastry chef for over 10 years now, working all across Canada before settling down in Saint John, New Brunswick. 

 

I specialize in custom cookie work, cake slices, cheesecakes, and wedding desserts. Everything is made from scratch, with the best ingredients I can get my hands on. 

 

I'm a mom to a little boy named Harrison, and I have the most supportive Husband. These boys keep me on my toes and help my creativity grow!
